FREE SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.

PAYMENT AND PRICING

  • Prices shown for our products are inclusive of GST.
  • We accept mostly all available options for the digital payments including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets. A comprehensive list of payment options is available at the time of check out and prior to making the payment for purchase.
  • The Product prices listed are current; however these are subject to change without any prior notice. Please check final price just before placing order.
  • You may also make payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product at a charge of Rs 50. However this mode of payment facility is only available in selected region / area as specified by Coco Soul. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may or may not be available to you.

RETURN POLICY:

  • All products sold are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • We will accept return of products for Manufacturing Defects / Expired products or Damage during transportation once we have received the images for the same and is checked and inspected by our team.
  • We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you may have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect or is expired it will be replaced. Replacement requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team based on the details provided. All efforts will be made to resolve the request/query at the earliest, expected time being 7-10 business days. To expedite your replacement/cancellation process you can contact us by email, WhatsApp CocoSoul support.
  • If there is any defect you need to inform it to us by sending an email within 72 hours of receiving & accepting the product along with the photos of the issues.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges in the form of loyalty points capped at Rs. 150 maximum.
  • Return Only Acceptable in case of:
    1. Wrong product delivered.
    2. Expired product delivered.
    3. Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
    4. Incomplete order – missing products .
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 3 days from the date of delivery – No Refund/Replacement after 3 days.
  • Return for goods/merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Cocosoul Team on receipt of the good. The acceptance refund request shall be accepted post inspection and checking by the Cocosoul Team. All payments towards accepted refund requests shall be made within a period of maximum of 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your order by sending us an email on support@mycocosoul.com with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Order can be cancelled before shipping. Any requests to cancel order post shipping will not be entertained.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Products once bought cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded due to the hygiene nature of the product and are final sale.

SHIPPING:

All orders are dispatched within 48 Business Hours of order confirmation.

Cash on delivery (COD):

We levy a COD convenience charge, when selected as a payment option on check out. To avoid this charge please use our online payment feature which supports most possible digital payment methods.

Delivery Timelines:

All Metros – 2-3 Business Days.
All Other Cities – 4-5 Business Days.
